I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Duncan MUpdate to my original review. I have now moved abroad and the service from Real Rents continues to be exceptional, Kristi is posting my mail abroad to me. I can't recommend this team highly enough, I had a problem with the boiler. Team offered heaters immediately and an engineer the following day (all during lockdown) who replaced the boiler. I don't expect I will ever find this service and customer care again. You are awesome! Previous review ... Exceptional service from the team, From first viewing the property to moving in, the little snags were sorted efficiently, professionally and swiftly. Highly recommended, I am one happy tenant 😊
