If some maintenance needs to be done, they answering really quick, maintenance person comes when you're available, always call before. Nik and his team we communicated with always responded very fast and solved all issues quickly even though we had just a couple of them in two years. Our house was in Shenley Church End, and we were in love with the area. The house is warm, dry and cozy. Kitchen space is used for 100%. Oven and hobs are excellent. The neighbourhood is lovely, people are nice and the location of the house is just brilliant. We left two beautiful roses in the garden behind and I am sure next tenants will enjoy their blooming next spring. I highly recommend renting from Nik.

I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday.
