Having never rented a property before we have were very lucky to find Nik and Real Rents. We were in the process of looking for our own property and needed to rent in the meantime. we signed up for a 12 months lease. Any issues where dealt with in a timely manner making our experience with renting an enjoyable one. we found our property sooner than expected. we wanted to move after 8 months and Nik being the complete gentleman released us from our contract at no cost to us. I would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Thank you Real Rents that is the kind of responsiveness and professionalism you can only hope for but rarely find. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends. I am happy that I took the chance on a local letting agents. Real Rents Properties are very responsive and it is really easy to make appointments for viewings. This hasn’t always been the case with some other more established letting agencies in Milton Keynes. The whole process of letting was very straightforward. It is a joy to move into such a lovely well cleaned and well maintained property.
