In the past seven years I've used six different letting agents including three in Milton Keynes and Real Rents are the best by far. Whenever I had an issue they were really quick to respond and get the problem sorted and were generally really helpful and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to everyone

I would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Thank you Real Rents that is the kind of responsiveness and professionalism you can only hope for but rarely find. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends. I am happy that I took the chance on a local letting agents. Real Rents Properties are very responsive and it is really easy to make appointments for viewings. This hasn’t always been the case with some other more established letting agencies in Milton Keynes. The whole process of letting was very straightforward. Real Rents Property have been very efficient and always act promptly in all transactions. Kristi is very thorough and professional ensuring quality service. It is a joy to move into such a lovely well cleaned and well maintained property.
