My experience with real rents has been the best since I moved to live in the UK 4 years ago. They are very professional and friendly, Kristi and Nik respond to all queries very quickly and make sure you are happy and get everything sorted. Anything I have reported for maintenance has been fixed on the same day. I even reported an issue with the oven and a new oven was ordered and fitted next day. All maintenance staff are very nice and professional. Honestly, no other big agency provided half of their services. Thank you for making my move in and check out so smooth, I am not happy though about raising my expectations and making me not happy enough with any other agency. I would highly recommend Real Rents.

In the past seven years I've used six different letting agents including three in Milton Keynes and Real Rents are the best by far. Having never rented a property before we have were very lucky to find Nik and Real Rents. We were in the process of looking for our own property and needed to rent in the meantime. we signed up for a 12 months lease. Any issues where dealt with in a timely manner making our experience with renting an enjoyable one. we found our property sooner than expected. we wanted to move after 8 months and Nik being the complete gentleman released us from our contract at no cost to us.
